A broad construct to include other personal traits such as tolerance of ambiguity, intellectual ability, motivation, values, competence, capacity, and learning style.
This is a broad construct to include other personal traits. Traits such as tolerance of ambiguity, intellectual ability, motivation, values, competence, capacity, innovativeness , tenure  and learning style have not received adequate attention by implementation researchers .
Include statements based on study objectives, for example, locus of control, and other concepts from health or organizational psychology found to be related to a particular implementation.
