Costs of the intervention and costs associated with implementing the intervention including investment, supply, and opportunity costs.

Costs of the intervention and those associated with implementing an intervention are negatively associated with implementation [1][2]. It is important to differentiate this construct from Available Resources. In many contexts, costs are difficult to capture and Available Resources may have a more direct influence on implementation. 

Inclusion Criteria

Include statements related to the cost of the innovation.

Exclusion Criteria

Exclude statements related to money, physical space, and time and code to Available Resources.
