Dy et al. (Dy et al. 2015) include administrators, clinicians, and others who deliver or support delivery of the innovation (within and outside the Inner Setting). Users are strongly encouraged to use the published CFIR outcomes addendum (Damschroder, Reardon, Opra Widerquist, et al. 2022) to guide conceptualization of this role because Deliverers can play multiple roles, e.g., implementation team members, opinion leaders, or implementation leads, in addition to delivering the innovation.
